We have many other sites that have guest writers and we need different writers and bloggers to be creative no matter what your interest is in horses….we want you! We have big plans and we need people who are passionate about horses and want to get in early.
I am looking for people who will write with personality, humor and provide interesting personal stories, advice, reporting on events both locally and internationally, photos and most importantly building a relationship and evoking responses from readers. Originality is of the upmost importance, no cutting and pasting other people’s work, it must be your own work.

The event will also host an art contest for participants 18 and under. While the entry fee is modest ($5.00), every participant is given two horse books as a “thank you” for participating. Other items and activities will include antique and exceptional items, stallions and events, exceptional art pieces, and much more.

This will easily be the “must see” event of the month, so be sure that you won’t miss out! The host’s of the event, The Royal Riding Academy, is a nonprofit club established in 1996 to promote education and volunteer opportunities for equestrians. The Saddle Up Riding Club is holding a fun show on July 7th, 4 pm until sunset.

Events that are being held are Cover Leaf Barrels, Texas Barrels, Poles, Keyholes, Hairpin, Horseback Musical Chairs and other games.

Events are for all age groups and each class is $5 and registration starts at 3pm.

The show is being held at Majestic Oaks Equestrian Center which is at 8421 62nd Street, Pinellas Park.

The Northwest Florida Quarter Horse Association is holding a show on June 29, 30 and July 1st at the Escambia Equestrian Center in Pensacola, FL.
The show will start at 6pm on Friday and 9 am on Saturday and Sunday’s events will start on Saturday night at 6pm and then continue at 9am on Sunday 
Some of the events covered are Barrels and Poles, Reining, Western Riding, Hunter and Equitation classes.  The judges are Dan Moreland, James Rudolph and Mark Russell.
The Escambia Equestrian Center is located at 7750 Mobile Highway, Pensacola, Florida

$50 and show all day.  This show is PAC credit approved (APHA) and OEIP approved (AHA).  Halter, English and Western classes.

The show is located west of route 41 on CR 326 south of Williston. 15 minutes from Ocala, 20 from Gainesville, 40 from Brookesville.  Please call 352-237-8847 for more information.

This show is being held at Beauty’s Haven Farm Equine Rescue and is to benefit the horses which have been rescued from being either abused or neglected.  There will be a silent auction and other fundraisers through the show.

The Pinellas County Hunter Association is holding a non-rated horse show on June 23 – 24, 2007 featuring horse and riders competing in Equitation, Hunter and Jumper classes.

The show is being held at the Bob Thomas Equestrian Centre in Tampa via the Orient Road entrance.  Competition begins at 8 am on Saturday and Sunday for the Hunter and Equitation classes and the Jumper classes are on Saturday only and start at 9am.  For more information and entry forms please call 727-546-7664.

The next Jump the Moon event is on Saturday, June 16th, 2007.  Registration opens on Friday afternoon and the start time for Saturday is at 1.30pm at 1451 NW 118th Ave, Plantation, Florida.

On offer are six jumper divisions ranging from cross rail to high jumper.

The Mid-Florida Buckskin Association (MFBA) is an official charter member of the International Buckskin Horse Association (IBHA).  MFBA is dedicated to the showing, breeding, selling, and promoting of the buckskin, dun, grulla, and brindle horse color

The show is being held at Southeastern Livestock Pavillion, Ocala and is starting at 8am.

So if you are a beginner through to an experienced competitor there is a class for you.

This event is being held under lights at the Grand Cypress Equestrian Center in Orlando and if any of the past shows are to go by it will be well worth entering or at least attending to watch so keep this date open.

The Moonlight series continues next week at Grand Cypress Equestrian Centre with the first Moonlight Hunters Show of 2007. Registration is still open, so register soon if you haven’t already! Don’t miss this opportunity to showcase your talents under the lights of Grand Cypress Equestrian Center. This is the first of only two Moonlight Hunters Show this year.
